DIRECTOR'S HOLDING
The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of its US Incentive Stock Option Plan, options over 27,500 ordinary shares of 5p each have been exercised by Mr Stephen P Hides, a Director of the Company, at a price of 33.0 pence each.
The Company was informed of the exercise of these options on Tuesday 30 June 2009 which were exercised on the same day.
Following the exercise of these options Mr Hides holds a total of 208,780 shares in the Company, representing 1.47% of the issued share capital.
ADDITIONAL LISTING
Application has been made for 27,500 shares to be admitted to AIM. The shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on Monday 6 July 2009.
