Hydro International PLC02 November 2007 HYDRO INTERNATIONAL plc ADDITIONAL LISTING The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of its UK Sharesave Scheme,options over 20,700 ordinary shares of 5p each have been exercised on 1 November2007 by individuals who are neither Directors nor persons discharging managerialresponsibility. Application has been made for 20,700 shares to be admitted to AIM. The shareswill, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany. Dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 8 November 2007. Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in HydroInternational plc will be 14,180,460.
