Hydro International PLC25 May 2007 HYDRO INTERNATIONAL plc ADDITIONAL LISTING The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of its UK Executive ShareOption Scheme, options over 2,500 ordinary shares of 5p each have been exercisedon 24 May 2007 by an individual who is neither a Director nor a persondischarging managerial responsibility. Application has been made for 2,500 shares to be admitted to AIM. The shareswill, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany.
