Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company has allotted and issued a further 13,518 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each, pursuant to its block listing facility, in satisfaction of the award of "Matching Shares" to eligible employees under the Harworth 2019 Share Incentive Plan.

The shares were allotted at a nominal price of 10 pence per share and were admitted to trading on 15 June 2026.

The Company also announces that, following this issue, there will be a total of 326,946,062 ordinary shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
