RESULTS OF AGM
Coalfield Resources plc announces that at its AGM held on Tuesday, 27 May 2014, all resolutions in the Notice of Meeting were passed by the necessary majority.
The results of the voting on the resolutions are shown in the table below and will be posted on the Company's website, www.coalfieldresources.com.
