In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Harworth Group plc announces that Ecofin US Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC, of which Patrick O'Donnell Bourke, who is a Non-Executive Director of Harworth and Audit Committee Chair, is Non-Executive Chair, has today been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
