Director Declaration - Listing Rule 9.6.13
In pursuance of Listing Rule 9.6.13, UK Coal Plc confirms that Jonson Cox, who will become Executive Chairman with effect from 15 November 2010 is currently a non-executive director of Wincanton Plc. Jonson was Group Chief Executive of Anglian Water Group (formerly AWG Plc until December 2006 when it was acquired by Osprey Acquisitions Limited) from January 2004 to March 2010. For the same period he was Chairman of Anglian Water Services Limited and Morrisons PLC. He was a director of Railtrack Plc from September 2000 to July 2001, which was placed in railway administration in October 2001. The order was discharged in October 2002. There are no further matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
