Harworth Group plc (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the block listing of 346,678 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") announced on 04 March 2024 (the "Block Listing"), the Company has allotted a total of 346,678 Shares as of 19 March 2024. As such, no further Shares will be allotted pursuant to the Block Listing, and the Block Listing is hereby cancelled.
