The following amendments have been made to the 'SIP PDMR Notification' announcement released on 20 January 2026 at 15.00 under RNS No 6392P:
The Company also awarded one Matching Share under the SIP to Andrew Livingston.

BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company has been notified that on 16 January 2026, the PDMRs listed below purchased through the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") ordinary shares in the Company ("Partnership Shares") at a price of 859.3 pence per share. Under the terms of the SIP, each eligible employee can choose to purchase Partnership Shares from their gross pay as a lump sum or as a monthly contribution.
