Highway Capital PLC18 January 2008 Highway Capital plc (the "Company") Interim Management Statement In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the periodfrom 1 October 2007 to 31 December 2007. The Company remains a "cash shell" and the Board continues to identify andevaluate target companies as it seeks opportunities to maximize the value of theCompany. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimumin order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and inhand of approximately £488,000 at 31 December 2007.
