Interim Management Statement
In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period fromΒ 1Β OctoberΒ 2008Β toΒ 31 DecemberΒ 2008.
The Company remains a "cash shell" and the Board continues to identify and evaluate target companies as it seeks opportunities to maximize the value of the Company. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately Β£415,000Β atΒ 31 DecemberΒ 2008.
No material events or transactions took place during the period from 1Β OctoberΒ 2008Β toΒ 31 DecemberΒ 2008Β which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
