HVPE SHARE BUYBACKS UPDATE

HARBOURVEST GLOBAL PRIVATE EQUITY LIMITED (HVPE) announces that the Company will shortly enter a closed period ahead of the notification of its annual report for the period ended 31 January 2026 (the "Closed Period"). The annual report is expected to be released on or after 28 May 2026.

Pursuant to the share buyback authority approved by the Company's shareholders at the AGM on 16 July 2025, the Board has granted authority to the Company's broker, Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt"), to purchase the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the market during the Closed Period, subject to pre-agreed parameters. Any Ordinary Shares purchased during the Closed Period will be cancelled.

The authority granted is irrevocable and non-discretionary, and during the Closed Period the Board has no power to invoke any changes to the authority and any purchases will be undertaken at the sole discretion of Peel Hunt.

The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished inside information.
