Exercise of Share Options

hVIVO plc (AIM: HVO), the pioneer of human challenge models of disease, announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, application has been made to AIM for the admission of 716,871 new ordinary shares of 5.0p each (the "New Ordinary Shares").

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue will be 68,821,617 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Admission of the New Ordinary Shares ("Admission"), which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue, is expected to occur on 18 May 2015.
