Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified yesterday that on 31 October 2014, John and Renate Gunn sold a further 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Hightex at 0.165p.
Following the sale, John & Renate Gunn are beneficially interested in 9,600,000 shares, representing 3.14% of the issued share capital.
