Holding in Company
Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, were notified today that on 14 September 2012, JH Gunn and Mrs RS Gunn purchased a total of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company. Consequently, they are in aggregate interested in 26,707,902 ordinary shares representing 9.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
