Hunting PLC23 April 2008 Hunting PLC Appointment of Finance Director Hunting PLC, the international energy services company, is pleased to announcethat at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 April 2008, Peter Rose wasappointed Finance Director of the Company following the retirement of DennisClark. Peter Rose, a Chartered Accountant, has been with the Company since July 1997.He previously held senior financial positions with Babcock International havingjoined that company from PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also remains as CompanySecretary. Dennis Clark, who retires today, has been with the Company since its formationin 1989. He has had a distinguished career, culminating in his activeinvolvement in the remarkable growth of the Company over the past few years.
