Hunting PLC today announces that under the rules of the Hunting Performance Share Plan ("HPSP"), following the measurement of the relevant performance conditions, nil cost share awards granted in 2020, that Ben Willey a Hunting Executive Committee member exercised his awards on 10 May 2023.
