Directors Shareholding/PDMR
Hunting PLC today announces the following share awards granted on 4 March 2021 under the Hunting Performance Share Plan ("HPSP") to the executive Directors and members of the executive committee.

The Company notes that in line with best practice recommendations and similar to the practice adopted with share awards which were granted in 2020, the above awards have been reduced by 22% from the normal grant factors that apply to the executive Directors and the members of the executive committee. The share awards granted are wholly performance based.
The awards are subject to vesting on the third anniversary of the date of grant.
The performance conditions and targets attached to the performance based awards of the 2021 HPSP grant are as follows:

The EPS and ROCE performance conditions will be measured against the financial performance of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2023, while the TSR and Balanced Scorecard performance conditions will be measured based on data for the three year performance period ended 31 December 2023.
The number of shares subject to the award are determined by using the average closing middle market price of a Hunting PLC Ordinary share on the previous five days up to the date of grant, being 261.9 pence per share.
