Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:
Keith Lough
On 13 September 2019, Keith Lough notified the Company that he had purchased 4,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 488 pence per share. The purchase took place on 13 September 2019.
