Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:
Carol Chesney
Carol Chesney notified the Company today that she had purchased 5,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 268 pence per share. The purchase took place on 4 March 2021.
Following this transaction Carol Chesney's beneficial holding is 14,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.008% of the Company's share capital.
