Director/PDMR Shareholding
Hunting PLC today announces certain share awards to Executive Directors.
Dennis Proctor
On 17 April 2012, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Dennis Proctor was granted a conditional award at nil cost, to acquire 52,103 shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 17 April 2015.
Peter Rose
On 17 April 2012, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Peter Rose was granted conditional options at nil cost, to acquire 20,953 shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 17 April 2015.
