Hunting PLC (LSE: HTG), the precision engineering group, today confirms that Annell Bay, non-executive Director, has retired after 10 years of service and stepped down from the Board.
The Directors would like to thank Annell for her contribution over the past decade, in particular, as Chair of the Remuneration Committee a position she has held since August 2018.
Further, the Directors would like to confirm that Paula Harris, non-executive Director, has been appointed as Hunting PLC's Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, all fees payable up to Ms Bay's retirement date of 1 February 2025 will be disclosed in the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts.
Commenting on Annell Bay's retirement, Stuart M. Brightman, Hunting PLC's Company Chair, said:
"Annell's achievements as Chair of the Remuneration Committee are significant, particularly in the process of developing and gaining strong shareholder approval for the 2024 Directors' Remuneration Policy, a project which took nearly two years to complete and which included strong investor engagement over many months. We wish Annell a happy retirement and thank her for the many years of service to the Company."
