Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Stephane Flaquet, Chief Transformation Officer, Hiscox Group, and a PDMR, that the proceeds of the September 2021 dividend were reinvested in Shares on his behalf resulting in the purchase of 330 Shares on 23 September 2021 at a price of £8.77 per Share.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
