Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today that Mrs Amanda Brown, a PDMR, has exercised options under the Company's Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting ordinary 6.5p shares ("Shares") in the Company:

· On 22 June 2015, Mrs Brown exercised 30,466 options and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 842.287p each.

· On 23 June 2015, Mrs Brown exercised 19,534 options and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 841.906p each.

Following the transaction Mrs Brown remains interested in 76,390 shares in Hiscox Ltd. The transactions took place in Switzerland.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a).
