Hamilton, Bermuda - The interim dividend of 8.5p per share was paid on 9 September 2016 with a scrip alternative for which the reference price was 1070.6p. The Company has been notified that the undernoted Directors, PDMRs or persons closely associated with them (PCAs), acquired the numbers of 6.5p ordinary shares stated below. The transactions were executed in GBP.
