Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

· On 29 September 2015, Mr. Richard Watson, a Director, sold 60,000 Shares at a price of 935.416p each.

The transaction took place in Switzerland.

Following this transaction Mr. Watson remains interested in 752,951 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a).
