Potential disposal

Hansteen (LSE: HSTN), the industrial property investor, notes the announcement released by Warehouse REIT plc ("Warehouse REIT") today and confirms it is in discussions with Warehouse REIT regarding the potential disposal by Hansteen of a portfolio of industrial property assets located in the UK to Warehouse REIT.

Hansteen notes that Warehouse REIT has confirmed that the acquisition of the portfolio could constitute a reverse takeover for Warehouse REIT under the AIM Rules for Companies. However, the disposal of the portfolio will not involve a takeover of Hansteen, or the sale of any shares in Hansteen to Warehouse REIT.

There can be no certainty that a transaction will be concluded and a further announcement, as appropriate, will be made as soon as practicable. If agreed, the disposal would be subject to the approval of Hansteen's shareholders at a General Meeting.
