Competition clearance: sale of HSS Hire Ireland Limited

HSS Hire Group plc ("HSS") welcomes the announcement from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland that it has given unconditional clearance for Grafton Group plc to acquire the entire issued share capital of HSS Hire Ireland Limited from HSS.

Completion of the transaction is expected to take place at the end of May 2025.
