Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental, infrastructure, and property sectors, announces that, on 4 November 2025, GB Holdings (2021) Limited, a company wholly owned by Gordon Banham (Chief Executive Officer and PDMR), purchased 7,600 ordinary shares of ten pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 650 pence each. Following this purchase, Gordon Banham's interest in the Company is 2,800,061 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.45% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
