Directors Share Purchase
Hargreaves Services PLC (AIM: HSP), a leading supplier of support services to the energy, mineral and waste sectors, was today notified that Iain Cockburn, Finance Director, purchased 3,240 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 614 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 September 2008.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Cockburn is interested in 7,680 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
