Block Admission Update
The Company announces in accordance with AIM Rule 29 an update on the issuance of shares under its employee share schemes which are administered through a Block Admission facility. The Company last announced details of the total issuance under its Sharesave Scheme (the "Sharesave Scheme") on 5 March 2010 for the period from 27 August 2009 to 1 March 2010. Subsequent to this announcement the Company announced on 10 February 2012 that application had been made for the 2006 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") to also be administered through a Block Admission facility.
Below is an update of the issuance of shares under the Block Admission facility for both the Sharesave Scheme and the PSP to 31 December 2013.
