Hargreaves Services PLC23 May 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 23 May 2006 Hargreaves Services plc Acquisition of Gilbraith Tankers Limited Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a leading provider of transport and supportservices to the energy and waste sectors, is pleased to announce that its jointventure company, Hargreaves (Bulk Liquid Transport) Limited ('HBLT'), hasacquired the assets, business and goodwill of Gilbraith Tankers Limited('Gilbraith') for a total transaction value of £2,060,000 (including debtassumed). Gilbraith is a long established bulk liquid transport company based in the NorthWest of England, with a fleet comprising 48 tankers.
