Hansard announces that Mr Uwe Eymer has retired from the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31st December 2011.

Dr Leonard Polonsky, Executive Chairman, stated, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Uwe for his valuable contribution to Hansard from the time of its listing on the London Stock Exchange in December 2006 to date and wish him every success for the future".
