Hansard Global plc22 April 2008 Hansard Global PLC (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for admission to the Official List for a block listing on 500,000Ordinary Shares of 50p each. The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue,will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules of theHansard Global Sharesave Option Plan. The shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rulesallow. It is expected that admission will become effective in the Ordinary Shares on 25April 2008.
