Hornby Plc (the "Company") announces that it has made application for 920,570 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. 

These shares, which rank parri passu with the existing ordinary shares, relate to previous exercises of options under the Hornby Executive Share Option Scheme which have been allotted and issued by the Company.

Following admission of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 37,989,100 ordinary shares.
