Notice of AGM, Posting of Annual Report and Investor Meeting
Hotel Chocolat Group plc, a premium British chocolate maker, confirms that, on 6 December 2022, it posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 26 June 2022 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The Company is also pleased to announce that management will give a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform in the new year. Anyone who would like to attend the presentation should register via www.investormeetcompany.com/hotel-chocolat-group-plc/register-investor. Any questions for the Board should be submitted in advance through the IMC website. There will be no management presentation at the AGM.

Hotel Chocolat is a premium British chocolate maker with a strong and distinctive D2C brand. The business was founded by Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris, who are still executives within the business, and has traded under the Hotel Chocolat brand since 2003. The Group is unusual in being a grower (organic cacao farm in Saint Lucia), a manufacturer (Cambridgeshire, UK) and owning its extensive direct to consumer channels (branded stores, websites). The Group was admitted to trading on AIM in 2016.
