Fee Arrangements
The Board is pleased to announce that today it has been agreed that, with effect from 20 October 2023, the performance fee arrangements have been removed. The management fee will continue to be charged at 0.55% of net assets per annum payable quarterly at a rate of 0.1375% based on net assets at the end of the previous quarter.
