Publication of Shareholder Circular (incorporating Notice of EGM)

Further to the announcement made on 2 October 2013, the Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the acquisition of International Minerals Corporation's minority interests in the Pallancata mine and Inmaculada Advanced Project (the "Transaction"). The Transaction will be subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders, and accordingly, the Circular contains a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") which is to be held on 29 November 2013.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1R and LR 9.6.3R, the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (the "NSM") and will be available for inspection on the NSM's website at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do:

· the Circular (incorporating the Notice of EGM); 

· the Form of Proxy for use at the EGM (incorporating the Notice of Availability of the Circular); and

· a letter to shareholders regarding electronic communications.

Copies of the Circular will be posted to shareholders shortly.
