Transfer of Treasury Shares
Huntsworth plc announces that on 8th October 2018, 1,686,681 ordinary shares of 1p each held as treasury shares were transferred at nil cost to the Huntsworth Employee Benefit Trust to be used for satisfying awards under the Company's employee share schemes.
Following the above transfer, the Company holds nil ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 349,459,361 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
The figure of 349,459,361 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
