Notification of the Total Voting Rights and Capital in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1 R

Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group, announces that as at 31 March 2020 the Company's total issued share capital consists of 371,514,977 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company currently holds nil ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is 371,514,977.

The figure of 371,514,977 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
