Huntsworth plc, the international healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that as at 31 July 2017, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 331,346,156 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company currently holds 1,686,681 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 329,659,475.
The figure of 329,659,475 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
