Publication of Prospectus, Notification of Admission to the Standard List, Cancellation of Trading on AIM and Notice of Results
Hawkwing is pleased to announce that its prospectus in relation to a placing of 43,116,659 new ordinary shares of £0.02 ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.03 per Ordinary Share and the Company's application for admission of the enlarged share capital to the Official List (by way of a Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Admission") has today been approved by the FCA, published and is available on the Company's website www.hawkwing.co at the following link https://hawkwing.co/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Prospectus-Final.pdf.
Admission
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the enlarged issued share capital comprising 50,288,019 Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 30 September 2020 at which time trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be cancelled on AIM. Following Admission, the Company's Ordinary Shares will continue to be registered with their existing ISIN number of GB00BLF0L315 and SEDOL number of BLF0L31; the Company's ticker will continue to be "HNG".
The Company's existing shareholders should consult their own tax advisers as to the tax implications of the Company's move to the Main Market.

Notice of Results
In addition, in line with regulatory guidance from the FCA on reporting timeframes in the current environment Hawkwing intends to publish its half-year report for the six months ended 30 June 2020 by 31 October 2020.
