Appointment of Joint Administrators
The Company previously announced that Hanover Investors Management LLP on behalf of Hanover Catalyst Fund ("Hanover") had issued an application seeking to appoint administrators to the Company (the "Administration Application").
On 10 February 2023 the Insolvency and Companies Court of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice heard the Administration Application. The Court ordered (amongst other things) that Sarah Megan Rayment (Insolvency Practitioner Number: 9162) and Robert John Armstrong (Insolvency Practitioner Number: 21332), each of Kroll Advisory Limited at The Shard, 32 London Bridge St, London SE1 9SG, be appointed as joint administrators of the Company (the "Joint Administrators").
The appointment of the Joint Administrators took effect from 4.35pm on 10 February 2023.
