EMTN Programme: publication of Base Prospectus

Hammerson plc announces that certain legal and regulatory updates and amendments have been made to the base prospectus (the "Prospectus") relating to the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme under which Hammerson plc is an issuer. The Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and has been published.

A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at and can be downloaded from:
