A conditional award of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (the Award) was granted to Jean-Philippe Mouton, a PDMR of the Company, on 24 March 2016 under the Hammerson plc 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). On 28 April 2020 the Award vested in the amount shown in the table below, following the assessment of the performance conditions.

In accordance with the LTIP rules applicable to the 2016 awards made to employees of the Company who are resident in France, Mr Mouton's vested shares have been transferred to him.
