HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, was informed on 10 September 2018 that James Howgego, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 60,000 ordinary shares of 1.5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his self-invested personal pension at a price of 34.5 pence per share. Mr. Howgego's beneficial interest remains unchanged.
