Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, has been informed that on 16 March 2009 Geoffrey Griggs, non executive Director, purchased 25,000 Ordinary 1.5p Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 5p per share for his Self Invested Pension Plan, managed by James Hay Pension Trusts Limited.
Therefore, Mr Griggs has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 467,167 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.48 per cent. of the issued share capital of HML.
