Director Dealing

The Board of HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, was informed on 26 March 2013 that on the same day, James Howgego, Finance Director of the Company had sold 55,000 ordinary shares of 1.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his self-invested personal pension at a price of 16.9p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Howgego's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,140,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.15 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
