TREASURY SHARE TRANSACTION

Halma plc announces that on 17 December 2014 it purchased 130,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a weighted average price of 658.2p per share. The highest price paid was 667.5p per share and the lowest price paid was 650.5p per share.
This represents 0.034 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The purchased shares will not be subject to cancellation and will all be held as treasury shares in order to satisfy awards under the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005.
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase Halma plc holds 1,112,573 shares as treasury shares and the total number of voting rights (shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 378,488,231.
