Interim dividend
The Board of Halma plc announces that the interim dividend in respect of the six months to 30 September 2019 of 6.54p per share has been declared by the Directors, payable on 5 February 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 December 2019 (not 24 December 2019 as stated in the half year results 2019/20 announcement).
